Cozy beds that are super comfy and rooms that look like they were just revamped. The spot is right in the middle, making it a good starting point to explore around 🌟.

The hotel offers impeccably clean rooms with huge bath and Keurig coffee maker, for example.

Very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating staff, elegant rooms with comfortable king bed, huge bath, 2 TV's. Gorgeous breakfast with espresso and the food was maintained for the brunch, for example - well worth the money. Beautiful and great location, an easy walk to everywhere.

We had a very nice stay at this hip new hotel. The property was clean, based in a historic-style building with attentive and excellent staff. The location was beautiful and magnificent - within a short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Beautiful location. Tavern was fun
Arrived to our room and closet door was off the track just hanging. Said they would fix and didn't. Kids running up Nd down stairs til 10 pm above us. Next day are room wasn't vacuumed and the bathroom sink was only thing in bath cleaned. Shower was never touched. Bathtub did not drain. Mansion for wine tasting wAs filthy. For 400 a night it wasn't worth it. They charge u for outside looks and location. I wipes my hand over pictures on our room and it was full of dust. Stayed at holiday inn next night and it was nicer than cranwell.

The cost far outweighed what we got for a room, food and services.

Tremendously clean Pretty surroundings Fabulous omelette chef at breakfast Beautiful hotel room in recently constructed building on the grounds
1) While the outside was lovely, there was no place on the grounds to sit outside and enjoy it. On all the grounds I spotted 2 random adirondack chairs and a small bench. 2)My daughter and I were traveling alone and no one asked us if we needed help with our bags (we're talking over $400 a night) 3) there was an outdoor pool but it was strangely small-time, with the scent of grill cooking from a little tavern wafting over it - but no food service from the tavern. 4) restaurant service - oh my god - I was seated at a table next to a window where the hostess could see a massive house fly was buzzing (keep in mind there were open tables elsewhere in the restaurant) - I asked her if she would get rid of it and I think that was even more disgusting in retrospect. The waitresses seemed to be of two minds about pouring coffee - they didn't really want to but knew they had to when asked - same thing with the water. 5) The view from the back of the grounds, which was once unobstructed mountains, is now scarred by a close suburban-style row of McMansions -- where people evidently just live for the summer. So - before your eyes get to the view - you have to see this high-end suburban development - where the inhabitants have evidently paid more than you have to enjoy the scenery. Crazy. And not attractive. 6) There was an underlying gloominess among the staff - like they didn't really like their jobs, but there wasn't anything else they could do in the area. 7)Unless you are an insanely avid golfer or someone else is paying for your stay, don't bother.

We had a great time during our stay at Cranwell Resort. The staff at the center check-in office was friendly and responsive. The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible. We loved the option to charge a show directly to our room. The design of The Manor takes you back in time and is truly elegant. The food was wonderful and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Our room had two queen beds and a huge bathroom, making it very spacious and comfortable. The surroundings were beautiful, and the recently constructed building where our room was located was clean and well-maintained.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The bed was very comfy & the room spacious. The covered/insulated walkway was great, allowed us to get to the main reception area & the spa without going outside!
In-room dining could be better, it's pricey for the amount & quality of food you get. Was also disappointed to see you had to pay for exercise classes.

Nice facilities. Amazing gym, pool, tennis courts. Beautiful dining area, bar and lounge.
Priced high for quality, design and upkeep of the room we were given. Cleaning staff has not been trained to understand "do not disturb" signs included with their rooms. Dining staff is marginally trained.

The spa treatments were superb, with attentive staff and excellent services. The massage and facial were especially relaxing and rejuvenating. The beautiful campus setting added to the overall tranquility of my stay. The bed in my room was comfortable, and I appreciated the double sinks in the bathroom. The big screen TV was a great addition, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The barman, Tim, was friendly and accommodating, and the food in the boardroom was divine. I had a wonderful experience at Cranwell Spa And Golf Resort and would highly recommend it.
